Action Research
Action research is a term coined by Mertler (2017) as a study used by teachers to reflect on the effectiveness of their own teaching. Below are three assignments for my Digital Learning and Leadership program that will look at the effectiveness of the implementation of a virtual reality football simulator training module. As you can see between my outline and my research plan, I adjusted my mindset from the student-athletes as the learner to the coaches and staff being the learners. I have had to adjust my mindset similarly before, between my original Disruptive Innovation and Leading Organization Change.
